1 on 1 Coaching

This is space to pause, reflect, and realign. We’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.

You’ll leave with greater awareness, clearer direction, and the confidence.

Together We Will

Thrive in chaos: Learn to stay grounded when everything speeds up. We’ll build tools, rhythms, and systems that help you perform at your best without losing yourself in the process.

Turn reflection into results: Awareness is only powerful when its applied. We’ll translate insights into decisions, habits, and strategies that move both you and your company forward.

Expand your capacity to lead: Your ability to lead grows when your self-awareness does. We’ll strengthen the link between who you are and how you lead, so that your impact scales as your personal growth does.

“Tristan has the capacity to listen and create the safety for shy, complex thoughts to thread their way out, and then the analytical sharpness to help me make something of these.”

We Will Get There By

Expanding your awareness and adaptability: You’ll learn to see yourself and your team more clearly - the patterns, tensions, and opportunities that shape performance.

Creating systems you can trust: We’ll design structures that scale with you, not against you - freeing up time, energy, and focus for what truly matters.

Sustaining change through rhythm and reflection: Growth lasts when it’s practiced. We’ll build the habits and cadence that turn insight into steady, meaningful progress.

My Operating Principles

A man giving a presentation on a stage with large red TEDx letters behind him, in a room with an audience.

Be Curious: Stay open to what you don’t yet see. The best leaders ask better questions - about themselves, their teams, and the systems they’re shaping - to uncover new possibilities.

Be Couragous: Growth happens when you move toward what feels uncertain. Have the hard conversations, make the bold calls, and trust yourself to lead through the unknown.

Be Compassionate: Leadership starts with how you meet yourself and others. Compassion turns mistakes into learning, pressure into presence, and ambition into something sustainable.

I help ambitious leaders to find mental clarity so that they can lead with deep intention.

Deep Dive Into My Coaching

  • After our first session, we’ll co-create a clear coaching programme for our time together. From there, we will track impact in two ways:

    • Internal shifts: I pay attention to how your thinking, emotions, and presence evolve. Are you clearer about your values? More confident in making decisions? Setting stronger boundaries? These inner changes are often the foundation for everything else.

    • External outcomes: Together we’ll link your internal growth to visible results. That might mean leading your team with more steadiness, navigating transitions with less stress, or building healthier relationships.

I also build in simple structures - like goal-based check-ins and a scoring system - so you can see progress against the intentions we set.

Ultimately we measure the impact of coaching through your reservoir of capacity - the ability to consistently show up as your best self, even in high-pressure situations.

  • My clients have described our work as "deep, transformative, thoughtful, grounded."

I work with the whole person, not just the presenting issue. Often what we think is the problem (team conflicts, decision paralysis, burnout) is actually a symptom of something deeper. We'll address both the immediate challenge and the underlying patterns that created it.

This is a two way partnership. Your role is to bring the content and my role is to guide the process (creating the right conditions for breakthrough and growth).

I make the invisible visible. Using frameworks, metaphors, and exercises, I help you see patterns you might miss on your own.

    • How to move from burnout to sustainable growth – shifting from survival mode into a more balanced, long-term way of leading

    • How to find purpose & direction – navigating “what’s next” questions and major life transitions

    • How to strengthen boundaries & relationships – like improving leadership presence, team dynamics, and team culture

    • How to manage success & identity – working through imposter syndrome and the pressure of achievement

    • How to tackle operational challenges – from fundraising to making tough calls around hiring, org design and team processes.

  • You're likely a good fit if you're a founder or senior professional who:

    • Has achieved external success but feels something's missing internally

    • Is going through major transitions (team, fundraising, relationships)

    • Is willing to be vulnerable and examine underlying patterns honestly

    • Values both tactical support and personal development

  • We're probably not a fit if you:

    • Only want tactical advice without examining underlying patterns

    • Aren't ready to look at how you might be contributing to your challenges

    • Expect coaching to be purely performance-focused without personal developmental work

    • Want someone to just tell you what to do without trying to discover your own answers

    • Aren’t ready to commit to work between sessions
